This folding rangefinder camera was made by KMZ (Krasnogorsk Mechanical Factory) in the USSR. The Moscow-2, sometimes also called the Moskva, was made from 1947-1956.

There is an accessory lens that folds out when the camera is open, seen to the top right of the main camera lens. This is a required part of the rangefinder.
